About our ClientOur Client is an MNC and has a market lead position in the Services industry, with a multi-million turnover in worldwide markets. The company has a vision to combine innovation, knowledge and products. With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a IT Sourcing Specialist. This is a pivotal role in their journey towards digital procurement excellence.Your major responsibilities will involve in IT Services sourcing initiatives within Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on categories such as IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, Managed IT Services, Software Licensing/Maintenance, SaaS, and more.Your other responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing strategy ownership within Managed IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing categories
  • Strategic sourcing and negotiation with Vendors and Suppliers
  • RFP/RFQ
  • Perform root-cause analysis and identify gaps for improvements
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement
  • Client engagement and client facing
The Successful ApplicantYou should possess a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement or sourcing for Managed IT services or Business Process Outsourcing. Experience in Telco and Banking sectors will be an advantage. You should also be strong with analytics as well as be sensitive to trends.
