JDE APAC operates across the region in 7 key markets consisting of Australia, Greater China, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and an international export market. Manufacturing and packing operations are managed from six manufacturing locations namely in Malaysia (Johor Bahru, Ipoh), Thailand, China, Australia, and New Zealand.

Situated in Singapore, the Singapore ADM cluster business serves as a strategic base for expanding JDE\xe2\x80\x99s global presence in the Asian region. Singapore also serves as a operating hub for the APAC leadership team and the regional corporate functions such as Finance, Internal Controls, Marketing, HR and Corporate Affairs.

• Supports the Cluster ITM to communicate to the business community on how to best use End User Services (EUS), as well as any changes to services. Familiar with Office 365 environment, SharePoint, Power Bi, Power Automate & Power Apps.
• Works with business process owners (BPOs) and Identify areas that can be automated/improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.
• Builds and maintains Power Bi reports/dashboards for local region. Experience in data gathering, structuring and Dax would be an advantage.
• Performs data cleansing and template preparation activities for local and/or third-party vendor\xe2\x80\x99s input.
• Works with the business functions to understand their current use and need for data.
• Identify KPIs and other measurables for translation to Power Bi dashboards and reports
• Aligns with Central Application teams on standardization and continuous improvements on Support Services Models and Performance.
• Provide local support/coordination for global Data projects and is the local Champion for Data & Analytics.
• Ensures Audit/Risk/Security Compliance (including licensing) of applications you use/support.
• In alignment with Cluster ITM, project coordination, tracking may be required within the APAC region as well as any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
• Expected to embody the values of the company and ensure compliance with international & local IT corporate policies & procedures (including deep understanding and strict adherence to guidelines on \xe2\x80\x98Combined Business Model\xe2\x80\x99).

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Management and Analytics
• Strong Learning agility
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills with hands-on experience using VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Interest in IT Infrastructure, Business Processes Analysis, Review and Automation
• Experience in reporting & data visualisation tools such as Power Bi, Power Automate & Power Apps is an advantage
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage
