Responsibilities
  • Single point of contact for end user to log incident and service request via email and hotline.
  • Co-ordinate with different support team to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded.
  • Perform first level of IT support.
  • Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.
Requirements
  • ITE / Diploma in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
  • Strong hands-on with IT ticketing systems and remote support softwares.
  • 1 to 2 years hands-on IT helpdesk working experience.
  • Must be willing to work at different sites across Singapore as scheduled (Jurong West, Upper Thomson, Yishun, Bras Basah, etc.).
