Responsibilities

Provide day to day IT support for laptop, desktop, mobile devices, printer, network, server, and security.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.

Requirements

ITE / Diploma in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
Strong hands-on with Microsoft Desktop product such as Windows 10/11/ Ms Office
Able to format / reconfigure the workstation
1 to 2 years hands-on desktop working experience.
Must be willing to work at different sites across Singapore as scheduled (Jurong West, Upper Thomson, Yishun, Bras Basah, etc.).
