About Our Client
The company focuses on commodity trading and real asset investments.This is considered to be an individual contributor role. While, there is a global team the potential should be comfortable to work with minimal supervision.
Reporting to the IT manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintaining core IT activities, such as operating systems, security tools, apps, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Taking ownership with fit out to new office location
- Maintaining assets and managing inventory
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local vendors
- Conduct induction/user-training when required
- Provide help-desk support across the company and attend to tickets in a timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will have:- Bachelor\'s degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT support
- Knowledge in Microsoft security will be highly regarded as well as BC/NAV experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of M365 environments
- Knowledge of Intune and MDM
- Knowledge of OneDrive Sync and SharePoint + Expertise with SharePoint design is n advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and video conferencing equipment
- Good experience in managing stakeholders
