Job descriptionHas technical knowledge of operation and functioning of Windows Operating SystemsProficient in hardware/software installation troubleshooting/repair of desktopExperience in troubleshooting PCs, able to manage IT desktop infrastructure, network cabling, etc.Has knowledge of basic networking concepts, client-server architecture, knowledge of antivirus, server software/hardware setup, and backupFast learner and able to easily grasp new technologies, software/hardware, and IT conceptsCapable of following different procedures as per client requirements
Able to communicate and track IT activity thru with remote backend teamsWith good communication, technical, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Is amenable to working in shifts Communicate fluently in English and Tagalog Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentationKnowledgeable in deployment desktop and laptop knowledgeable in ticketing systemsAssemble and dissemble Desktop Field Support Experience in MS Office ApplicationsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Pili, Camarines Sur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
