DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ?? Maintain and manages the availability (Local or Online) of the PINNACLE SYSTEM.? Provides network availability and manages the security of the Network Structure of the Company (LAN, WAN and WLAN).? Processing and releasing of ID for employees and students (Collegiate, SHS and TESDA).? Maintains, repairs, troubleshoots and Refill Ink Printers/Scanners (Epson and Canon).? Create designs and updates for the SF Website (sf.clcst.edu.ph).? Responsible for the Configuration and Data Management of Biometrics System.? Responsible for creating new user account (Google Workspace Account/CLCST account).? Provides technical guidance and assistance for Faculty/Employee concerns (Google Workspace Account, Online Teaching Platforms).? Daily Monitoring Report of faculty teaching loads. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Provides Technical Set-up and Support for Audio and Visual Presentation.? Provides Technical Set-up and Support for the Sound System.? Maintains availability of Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the Company (Converge ICT).? Provides assistance of Personnel for Repairs and Troubleshoots of Internet Service Provider? Provides assistance of Personnel for Repairs and Troubleshoots of CCTV? Provides assistance of Personnel for Repairs and Troubleshoots of PLDT Telephone Lines.? Optimization of IT resources and recommendations on upgrades needed (ISP, Google Accounts, ID Maker, Computers).? Maintains, Repairs, Troubleshoots and Reformatting of computers of the Company.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
