Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs basic set-up, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of stand-alone and networked PC's, software, terminals, and peripherals Responsible for technical work requiring the application of principles of computer technology.
- Setting-up of workstations including installation of applications (Windows, MS Office, Thunderbird)
- Assisting all users regarding encountered computer/printer problems such as basic troubleshooting, resetting of passwords, refilling of ink cartridge for printers through phone, email, or in any means of communication possible
- Cabling of network cable
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Atleast have 2 years experinece
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure PC and Laptop
- Familiarity with WAN and LAN network
- Successful candidate will be assigned in Santa Maria Bulacan
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Santa Maria, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
