Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
Knowledge of PC Hardware and Software in an MS-Windows environment
Very good troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of various networking and data communication concepts
Knowledge of Structured Cabling, CCTV, Telephony, Video Conferencing, and Point Sale Systems
Knowledge in System Administration is a plus
