Job Description


Our client is one of the leading food and agriculture trading firms, known for its stable and friendly working environment. They are currently seeking an experienced L1-L2 Technical Support Engineer.Day to day responsivities

  • Provide L1-L2 technical support for a corporate environment, addressing both software and hardware issues.
  • Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners to support end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX, and common applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Conduct basic administration of systems, servers, phone systems, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot office network issues, including switches and WIFI, to ensure reliable connectivity.
  • Monitor and apply patch management for Windows and Mac systems to maintain security and system stability.
  • Support LAN/WAN/MPLS network connections, ensuring consistent, reliable access for users.
  • Utilize Office 365 to generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Follow organizational standards, providing clear communication and documenting resolutions.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks for high-quality service delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and the following technical skills:Must
  • Minimum of 2+ years of L1-L2 technical support experience in a large corporate infrastructure.
  • Support experience in Windows 7 &10, Mac OSX, patch management, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar , Office 365 and essential applications such as Microsoft Office.Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner configuration.
  • L2 level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN/MPLS. Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, and wireless infrastructure related to the network.
  • Experience in troubleshooting all office network-related issues, such as switches and WIFI

  • Good command of English and strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
  • A team player who can work with minimal supervision and collaborate with heterogeneous teams.
  • Good time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and show initiative to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
  • Good to have system migration & office move projects experience
