Process incoming service requests such as software installation, PC setup and data transfer and print queue / Static IP / SAP printer.
Manage vendor to ensure that delivery and deployment is done within SLA. Raise clearance for vendors.
Monthly SLA & Billing Reporting
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email in timely manner.
Daily assessment of outstanding service requests and follow up with client, resolver groups and vendors.
Assigning and unassigning of tokens.
Assist with ad hoc report extraction, generate reports. Maintain user guides and processes documentation.
