Responsibilities
- Application deployment and level 2 support during UAT and Production implementation
- Ensure timely response and coordination of system incidents and user queries until appropriate closure
- Ensure problems are raised for recurrence incidents and coordinate with Scrum (Development) teams for bug fixes
- Monitoring of production application and batch processing
- Perform data extraction related operations as per service request
- Perform access administration as per service request
- Provide audit support
- Prepare and maintain installation instruction documents, technical and release procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in IT with 1-2 years’ experience in application deployment and support
- Hands on experience on SQL, RDBMS Oracle, PL/SQL and Control M
- Exposure in DevOps tools like Jenkins etc.
- Exposure in Outsystems is an advantage
