Provide IT support to employees in Singapore and other SEA Countries
Monitor data center, applications, equipment for uninterrupted IT services, 24 x 5 SLA
Collaborate with Global Infrastructure, application, and security to implement company standards as and when needed.
Maintain system documentation, IT Inventory and change control logs
Assisting with new hires on-boarding
Diagnosing PC / Hardware faults and provide solutions as required
Assisting in the updates of software patching
Work with third-party vendors and fulfill scope of work
Keeping system documentation up-to-date including hardware/equipment assignment listing and mobile listing
Assisting fellow technical staff in the event of major incident or critical system failures
Assisting employees with software and hardware issues
Contribute and follow global IT standards, IT security and procedures
Work with regional and local IT Teams on global and local IT projects
Assist with Annual Operating Plan
Occasional travel to the other branches as required
To be on standby for on-call duty during non-office hours to support 24 x 5 and Quarterly support during weekends
Attending monthly server patching verification on Sundays to ensure the Servers are in working condition. May need to travel to site if the servers need physical restart
Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements
Analytical, competent, able to work independently and self-motivated and with good problem-solving skills
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Currently residing in Singapore
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
