Job Description


Role Summary
This position will provide IT Support and Business Analyst services for the local business users. You will also work with Global IT Organization based in China, UK and US, and are responsible to coordinate and drive IT technical resolutions, ensuring user Incidents and Service requests are resolved promptly and efficiently.
This role is also responsible to ensure Global and company IT standards, policies and procedures are being followed as part of day to IT operations and you are expected to suggest improvements to existing policies and process.

IT Support

  • Provide Level 1 IT Support for internal users and close ticket within service level agreement.
  • Setup of computer hardware, software and email in mobile phone for new employee.
  • Software application support including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Citrix, SAP and etc.
  • Ensure updates on computers and servers are up to date.
  • IT budge planning and Procurement of IT equipment.
  • Monitor server health, grant file access and etc.
  • Ensure server backup are successful and backup tapes are sent to offsite vendor.
  • Assign PABX desk phone.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.
  • IT software and hardware administration and asset tagging and asset verification yearly.
  • Participate in shutting down server and switch in annual power cycling for the facility during off office hour
  • User Access (SAP, share drives, biometric system) - quarterly verification and sign off.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Business Analyst
  • Collaborate with diverse business users and stakeholders to understand the business needs, define key metrics, and articulate the substantive clearly.
  • Design, develop and deliver end to end PowerBI data visualisation of reports and dashboards for management, business, and operations users.
  • Maintain the PowerBI dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency in reporting and metrics from data source such data-mart.
  • Be the subject matter expert in data visualisation using tools like powerBI, python, etc. To harness all the capabilities and features of the platform to enable the business users in getting the right data-driven insights.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Level 1 Support.
  • Service-minded, delivering quality services and support to end users and local management.
  • Good organization and planning skills, able to set priorities and manage multiple project tasks.
  • Working Location: Seletar Aerospace (shuttle bus service provided).
  • Able to commence employment at a short notice will be highly advantageous.
