Job Responsibilities
- Setup and configuring computer hardware, networks, printers scanners and necessary peripheral devices.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to requirement and specification.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Act as link between end users and higher-level support.
- Monitor daily backup and recovery procedures.
- Ensure all systems are running at optimum performance.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment as necessary.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages, place orders and record movement of IT equipment.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role at least 2 to 3 Years.
- Experienced candidates, with at least 1 years of experience in similar positions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems as well as knowledge of various desktop software including Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Good practical experience of managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
