As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users with desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral issues.Important Trainings would be provided by the client.Responsibilities:xe2x97x8f Provide technical support to desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral issues.xe2x97x8f Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.xe2x97x8f Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.xe2x97x8f Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, and security issues.xe2x97x8f Respond to user requests and provide technical assistance and support.xe2x97x8f Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.xe2x97x8f Install and configure new computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.xe2x97x8f Work with other members of the IT team to resolve issues.Qualifications:xe2x97x8f 1-2 years experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.xe2x97x8f Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.(preferred)xe2x97x8f Experience with desktop and server hardware.xe2x97x8f Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.xe2x97x8f Good communication and interpersonal skills.xe2x97x8f Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
