- Position Title: IT Support Engineer/ IT Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm; Alternate Saturday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 1 pm)
- Salary: Up to $4,800 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Technical support for users\' desktops, laptops, System/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facility and other related IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting of computer network issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch).
- Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile Activesync).
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation.
- Perform project management tasks.
- Study, recommend and introduce IT initiatives to improve IT operations.
- At least a Diploma in IT or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of related working experience in end-user support (hardware & software) environment.
- If the applicant possesses programming knowledge/experience, the opportunity will be given to develop an in-house software system.
- If the applicant possesses system design and analysis knowledge/experience, the opportunity will be given to assist in the analysis/design of the in-house depot automation system.
