Job Description
- To resolve end user reported IT equipment issues
- Breakfix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
- Escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool
- Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- Proactive update and follow up to end users
- Focus on SLA and resolution process
- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respect at all times.
- Diploma / Nitec in IT, Computer Engineering or relevant
- Preferably with experience in IT Desktop support
- Bank working environment at Raffles Place
- Salary $2400 - $3000
- Start work immediately or within short notice.
