Job Description
- Provide solutions to simple issues reported by end users over remote assist
- Providing remote technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Responds to queries, reply emails and answer user calls
- Prioritize issues using appropriate escalation procedures, and coordinates referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel as needed.
- Diploma / ITE in Information Technology , Computer Engineering, or relevant
- No experience required - Welcome entry level
- Work location at Raffles Place
- 5 days work
- Start work immediately till end September 2022
- Salary $2500 - $3000
