Job Description

An Desktop Engineer is an IT support role focused on providing technical assistance for client-side hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT peripherals, and user account management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve user issues for clients. Key Responsibilities

User Support:

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users, both on-site and remotely.

Technical Assistance:

Manage user accounts, provide application support, and assist with installations and migrations.

Maintenance:

Install and configure software, maintain IT peripherals, and perform data backups.

Issue Resolution:

Handle IT-related requests, track incidents, and follow up with vendors to resolve problems.

Client Interaction:

Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
Required Skills

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Initiative:

Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently. MSSQL, C# or programming knowledge preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Experience:

Desktop support: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
