Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced
Site IT Support Engineer
to deliver proactive, high-quality IT support at our Woodlands office. You'll manage L1 support, troubleshoot systems, assist users, and help maintain infrastructure in alignment with corporate IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support (password resets, MFA, BitLocker, onboarding, mobile/telecom, etc.)
end user engagement experience and also deal with vip support Experience must.
Troubleshoot devices, printers, meeting room tech, and Microsoft services (e.g., GPO, SSO)
Manage IT assets, documentation, and ensure smooth service delivery
Support IT projects, security compliance, and coordinate with regional teams
Track KPIs (e.g., SLA ? 95%, CSAT ? 95%)
Qualifications:
2+ years in IT support or similar role
Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, AD, M365, mobile devices)
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Relevant certifications (e.g., Intune, SCCM, UniFLOW) are a plus
