This hands-on role involves hardware deployment, virtual machine management, application access control, and a strong focus on AWS Workspaces security. Fresh graduates with a keen aptitude for learning and experienced diploma holders are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:a) Joiner/Leaver Management:

• Support HR in the onboarding process by preparing laptops and providing necessary guidance to new joiners.
• Manage the secure formatting of laptops for employees exiting the company.

b) Hands-On Deployment:

• Perform hands-on deployment of computers and IT equipment within the Singapore office, ensuring all systems are configured according to company standards.

c) Remote Coordination:

• Act as the local point of contact for our regional offices, facilitating the physical setup of laptops and IT equipment while coordinating with overseas IT teams for remote configuration and endpoint setup.

d) AWS Workspace Security:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance the security of AWS Workspaces.
• Implement access controls, encryption, and perform regular security assessments.

e) Application Access Control:

• Monitor and manage access to various applications, including Confluence.
• Perform quarterly access reviews and document access rights in JIRA.

f) BAU Operations:

• Resolve technical issues raised through JIRA tickets related to user laptops and other IT concerns.
