IT Support Engineer * Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Mon to Fri * Office Location:Kian Teck Road (Joo Koon) * Salary Range: $2500 - $4000 This role needs to ensure a highly secure IT systems in all setup locations of compa IT Support Engineer Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Mon to Fri Office Location:Kian Teck Road (Joo Koon) Salary Range: $2500 - $4000 This role needs to ensure a highly secure IT systems in all setup locations of company, as well as providing help to all end users. The role needs continuous exposure to a wide range of IT technologies so as to add value to the IT system. Responsibilities: First-level technical support for users Troubleshooting of networking issues (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch, etc) Provide administration for Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory Corporate Email setup and administration (Exchange Server, Office 365, Mobile Active sync) Printer/MFP, Copier, Barcode printer setup and support Hardware/Software inventory documentation Testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing internal system Administration of backup, restoration, and support disaster recovery as required Oversee facility operations and management which include facility operation cost and budget as well as monitoring and reporting of facility utilization Maintenance of the Company's IT infrastructure, including intranet, internet, ERP system, servers, workstations, backup, and network security. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware in workstations, laptops, and servers. Development of standard operating procedures in accordance with the Company's business systems and processes. Create customized reports and queries upon request by writing simple codes in the RP system. Maintenance of the Company's website. Maintain IT documentation such as network layout and device/server configuration, license inventory, and distribution. Provide user training. Provide computer ID, access card, email, printers, and folder access.
