Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage hardware and software components in network infrastructure, covering OS, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, SDN, and office IT matters.
• Be available for 24/7 standby work and handle ad-hoc maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain diligent documentation, reporting, and task tracking.
• Demonstrate analytical skills, working independently and managing pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Collaborate effectively within a team, possessing excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Troubleshoot WAN/LAN technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, VOIP) and manage routers, routing protocols, Layer 2/3 switches, and general/next-gen firewalls.
• Manage on-premises and cloud-based wireless controllers, access points, and Azure/AWS networking; Cisco Unified Communication experience is a plus.
• Implement network security solutions, including firewalls, IPSec VPN, authentication, IDS, encryption, and PIN verification.
• Support routing protocols, LAN switching, wireless access, firewall policies, configuration backup, documentation, monitoring, and analysis.
• Respond to support calls per SLAs, troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, perform updates and firmware patches, and manage firmware upgrades.

Requirements:

• 5 years of network infrastructure experience
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability
• Posses analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure
• Time management, Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
