Job Description

  • Working Hours: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of medical solutions and devices to end users (patients, clinics, and hospitals)
  • Manage IT and computer systems, including onboarding for new hires
  • Perform regular checks and maintenance of network and system equipment
  • Assist in cybersecurity policy enforcement and inspections
  • Manage vendors/contractors and IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, warranty, subscription renewal)
  • Provide Level 1/2 support for internal users and external customers
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Windows)
  • Backup and monitor systems in the cloud related to company products and solutions
  • Maintain detailed documentation following company Quality Management policies and QMS
  • Record technical issues and troubleshooting steps for root cause analysis
  • Support sales activities, provide training to end-users and distributors/resellers
  • Assist in improving IT and product-related documentation, training, and processes
  • Assist with office video conferencing and CCTV systems
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior on an ad-hoc basis

  • At least 2 years of related working experience, preferably from the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum a Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT discipline.
  • Must be well-versed in setting up Windows, Ubuntu, Red Hat Operating Systems.
  • Experience in setting up and configuring Wi-Fi/LAN network infrastructure, Docker, databases MySQL.
  • Able to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of user-reported problem, debugging, and identifying issues on Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, and software glitches.
  • Familiar with support tools like Zendesk, Jira etc.
  • Able to travel to clinics whenever the clinics have problems with the mobile apps and travel to patients\xe2\x80\x99 homes to help patients put on the medical devices.
  • Able to work independently on weekends on ad-hoc basis.
