Job Description


  • Install and upgrade operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain computers and peripherals inventory
  • Provide end-user support, manage and handle user requests.
  • Track and follow up on issues, and update job reports.
  • Basic support on laptops, macbooks, smart phones and ipads.
  • Basic knowledge of windows servers, and training will be provided
  • Troubleshoot networking and internet connection issues.
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
