• Position Title: IT Support Engineer (Senior/Team Lead)
• Working Location: East - Macpherson
• Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday: 8.30 am - 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, including conducting application training to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, user access, and component configuration problems
• Responsible for creation of all system documentation, preparing backup procedures, and ensuring these are kept up to date
• Analyze user requirements, determine potential problem areas and propose solutions to enhance existing Accounting and inventory solutions
• Preparation of technical specifications; including flowchart for the programming team
• Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application

• Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Experience in implementation, training & technical support of accounting or inventory software is a plus
• Essential Skills: Accounting, Citrix, Fortinet, Hyper-V, Inventory management, remote desktop, maintenance, and troubleshooting window servers
