Job Description
Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Office & Construction Site Office)
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance across our head office and construction site offices. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; setting up IT systems for site offices; and ensuring smooth connectivity for daily operations.
Key duties include supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; maintaining LAN/WAN/VPN connections; managing Microsoft 365 tools; ensuring data backup and cybersecurity; and coordinating with vendors for IT requirements. The position requires regular visits to site offices to provide hands-on support.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field, 0-4 years' IT support experience (construction/project environment preferred), knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Working Hours & Conditions:
8:00 AM start, with working hours following project site conditions. Based at head office with frequent site office visits
