Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain RFID equipment, sensors, servers, network and software systems. Perform scheduled maintenance including hardware checks and software patches. Respond promptly to service request and system alerts. Maintain documentations and accurate records of incidents. Coordinate and work closely with software engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues. Assist in R&D efforts and conduct test on new technology and equipment. Ensure operations comply with company policies, industry standards and government regulations.
Requirements
Minimum Higher NITEC / Diploma in Computing, Electronics, or related qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed. Training will be provided. Proficiency in Python & C# programming languages is required. Familiar with Windows, Android and iOS operating systems. Basic knowledge in PC troubleshooting, networks and cybersecurity is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good communiation skills and a team player. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required. Able to start work immediately
This role requires travelling and candidates are expected to travel to different locations within Singapore.
