About Our Client

Our client is a leading Private Bank, with global presence in around 60 locations.

This is a 1 year agency contract -extendable/ renewable ( subject to performance)

  • Provides L1 & L2 support
  • Provides second in line investigation & diagnosis
  • Resolves , logs & closes incidents/service requests as per SLAs
  • Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
  • Communicates with client regarding incidents progress
  • Troubleshoots & resolves PC incidents progress
  • Ensures tickets are updated at all time until issues are resolved
  • Liaises with clients, other IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary
  • Coordinates with the vendors for hardware repairs
  • Performs staging of PCs
  • Performs IMAC ( Install, move, add & change)
  • Administrate mobile phone contracts
  • Prepare video conferences on request
  • Assists on special events coverage
  • Create/maintains documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Good communication
  • Atleast 2 years working experience with desktop equipment in IT environment
  • Proficient in utilising a variety of office software like - word, excel, powerpoint, sharepoint & outlook
  • Good customer interface skills
