Job Description
:Our client is an IT Support firm located near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. Successful candidate will work on providing support to users, configuring systems for onboarding/offboarding, coordinating with overseas HQ IT, managing tickets, and updating IT assets.Responsibilities:
- Provide timely assistance to users, addressing and resolving their IT-related issues or requests efficiently.
- Configure IT systems and record necessary information for new employee onboarding.
- Liaise with overseas headquarters\' IT teams to escalate and resolve issues.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
- Update records and maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in IT support roles.
- Familiarity with IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- 10am to 7pm working time
- 5 day work week
