  • Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention and networking maintenance
  • Develop and implement access control workflows
  • Handle enquiries, IT request and assist in resolving and troubleshooting from internal users
Requirements
  • Holders of network and/or security related certifications/qualifications.
  • 3-4 years of practical experience in IT support or a similar technical
  • General IT operations experience including but not limited to User laptop provisioning, maintenance, User Account Provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and network issues. Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, and Linux would be an advantage.
  • Experience handling mobile fleets, including working with carriers, managing onboarding and offboarding users and mobile devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira, OKTA, Netscope, Airwatch and others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues efficiently.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
