Requirements:
Higher Nitec, Diploma, or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL Foundation).
Knowledge of remote desktop tools and troubleshooting end-user systems.
Familiarity with IT incident tracking and escalation processes.Strong customer experience mindset with excellent listening, understanding, and response skills.
Minimum 1 year in IT support roles, preferably in a system integrator environment.
Fresh graduates (Higher Nitec/Diploma) with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
