Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To provide Application and hardware support for systems installed and run at the customer site.
  • To troubleshoot PCs installed with Windows 10 and above and the installed application, reimage the PC, handle receipt printer issue, configure barcode reader and RFID equipment
  • To track application log, conduct UAT, functional test, etc.
  • To provide support to partners/vendors in system maintenance and troubleshooting of production issues.
Requirements
  • Diploma in IT/Computing or related certification
  • At least 2 years of equivalent work experience (in operations support).
  • Customer's located island wide and travelling to different location is necessary
Must be willing to work with the following arrangement :
Support timing
To support customer from 8am , Mon to Fri
Hand phone support(if on duty) after 6pm, Mon to Fri
Weekend support
Engineers will take turn to hold the support hand phone on Sat and Sun (average once a month)
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
