Job Description
Working timing - 12hours. 7:30am -7:30pm / 7:30pm - 7:30am (Shift Pattern - 3-4-4-3)
Responsibilities:
Provide 24x7 onsite IT applications and system production support To answer and respond to all IT applications and systems related inquiries, hotline calls and emails. Log all the incidents and issues reported by ams-Osram users. To escalate any unresolved IT and application issue to 2nd and 3rd Level of support for their attention and further resolution. Execute tasks base on SOP and IT engineers instructions. To attend and troubleshoot IT and application systems issues in cleanroom or production floor. Perform the duty following a work routine of 4days work/3days rest; 3days work/4days rest, 12 hours shift pattern.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Information Technology Min 1 year experience in Application Support No experience candidates are welcome as training will be provided. Good communication and working attitude.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
