Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore based F&B industry
- Working location: Central Singapore
- Working days & hrs: 5.5 days, Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 9AM to 1PM)
- Salary range: up to SGD 4500 (dep on exp) + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Supervise other IT personnel
- Responsible for the maintenance of various IT systems and networks within company premises including Outlet POS and CCTV
- Reporting network status to key stakeholders
- Procuring network equipment and managing vendors involved with network installation
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
- Providing computer hardware and software technical support
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network performance
- Setting up accounts for new users
