To compile and prepare related departmental reports for HQ IT team in Korean language
Provide level 1 and 2 troubleshooting and support to corporate and store users
Liaise, manage and work with external vendors for maintenances and services
Install, administer and configure systems (desktop, laptop, mobile devices and etc.), maintain and manage IT assets
Be the point of contact between Singapore IT team and HQ IT team to ensure projects and assignments are communicated and executed effectively
Additional Information:
Require Korean language proficiency to liaise with South Korea counterparts
Candidates with 2 years\' experience in similar field would be of advantage
