Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to both office and store teams, covering hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage and upkeep servers, networking equipment, firewall systems, and VPN access.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS and kiosk platforms to support retail operations.
• Handle IT-related tasks for new store launches and technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on group-level system initiatives and IT standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of practical IT support experience, within retail or F&B sectors.
• Good working knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and firewall management.
• Prior exposure to POS and kiosk system operations.

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
