Job Description

• Working days : Monday to Friday

• Working hours : 8.30am - 6pm

• Basic salary: $2200 - $2500

• Location: West / Central

• AWS +Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles all customers\' service call or inquiries that cover voice, data issues and complaints.

• Perform 1st level technical analysis, corrective and preventive maintenance.

• Station at client\'s premises to assist in structured cabling system maintenance and upgrading works.

• Plan and schedule works according to clients\' requirements.

• Coordinate structured cabling works with internal and external parties.

Additional Information:

• MUST Willing to do hands on technical work

• MUST Willing to open to 5.5days work week after 3 months

• ITE holder or Diploma in Mechanical/ IT/ Project/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Should be highly motivated and able to work under tight a schedule.

• Customer orientated
