Job Description


:Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve technical issues for employees related to desktops, laptops, or network services, both on-site and remotely.
  • Manage incoming IT support requests, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain company desktops and laptops, including software installation and upgrades.
  • Keep accurate records of IT assets like hardware and software.
  • Manage mobile devices and telecommunications, including setting up and managing contracts and phone numbers.
  • Maintain good relationships with users and keep them updated on their support cases.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
