Handle and resolve technical issues for employees related to desktops, laptops, or network services, both on-site and remotely.
Manage incoming IT support requests, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Set up, configure, and maintain company desktops and laptops, including software installation and upgrades.
Keep accurate records of IT assets like hardware and software.
Manage mobile devices and telecommunications, including setting up and managing contracts and phone numbers.
Maintain good relationships with users and keep them updated on their support cases.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
A team player with a proactive attitude.
