Job Description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics industry. They are looking for an IT support to assist their Freight team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East\xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support and assistance pertaining to network, server and IT infrastructure related matters
- Provide end users (including remote users) support on Windows 7&10, MS Office suites, Live meeting, Zscaler, MES Systems and etc.
- Provide solution to incident and problem tickets reported the system.
- Assist in control of inventory of IT hardware and software
- Other relevant duties and projects as assigned
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
