Scope of Work End user support * Insta Our Client is a world leading manufacturer of semiconductor bonding tools and solutions provider of Fine Ceramics specialised in micro miniature products. Scope of Work End user support Installation and set-up of new/ repaired servers and PC. Support Microsoft Server, PC-OS, MS office and Ms Outlook Network Administration /Support Attend to hardware/software problem encounter by IT users, trouble shooting and provide solution. Manage user access right and assign new log on for new IT users LAN, ProAlpha and Microsoft Outlook. First Liaison to corporate IT group in Switzerland HQ Administration on LAN, CCTV and Door access system Responsible for handling and monitoring of backup system. ERP System/ QlickView Report Work with Power users, end users and SPT ERP Planners to improve the software efficiency and utilization. Solved the ERP software problem raised by endusers. Assist in QlickView report deveopment. Phone System Maintain the PABX phone system Skill Requirements . At least 1 year relevant experience . Knowledgeable in PCs, Windows, network hardware, operating systems software and network administration and communication protocols . Excellent communication and customer service skills.
