What You'll Do:
? Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
? Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
? Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries promptly
? Ensure network security and data backup procedures
? Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory
? Train users on new software and technology tools
What We're Looking For:
? 1+ years of experience in IT support or related field
? Knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
