The Job
Provide frontline desktop and end-user IT support, troubleshooting issues across Microsoft OS, Office, Outlook, and productivity tool
Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including escalations and SLA monitoring to ensure timely resolution
Perform device setup, data migration, and hardware refresh, maintaining accurate system configurations and asset records
Support desktop platform upgrades and migration projects, including scheduling, user communications, post-migration validation, and stakeholder reporting
The Talent
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop or end-user support.
Familiar with project management tools or data analysis
