Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in IT automated storage and retrieval machine projects, integration to customers\xe2\x80\x99 network, setup the machine with software /usage, UAT / SIT and user training and go-live support.
  • Perform helpdesk / onsite support service call / for customers.
  • Required to station onsite to support customers on scheduled days.
  • Perform IT project documentation, IT Site visit & IT Service Reports.
  • Perform IT related task whenever necessary to onsite customers.
  • Handle any IT ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in software application support is a MUST , such as inventory management system and etc.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL database.
  • Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure, server & network setup and troubleshooting.
  • Able to communicate effectively with team member, customers & vendors, escalate technical & customer enquiry clearly to technical team and superior.
  • Minimum 2-years hands on experience in similar position.
  • Knowledge on inventory/warehouse management or at least accounting/Point of Sales system) will be advantages.
