We are looking for a customer-and-end-user obsessed, detail-oriented, and pragmatic self-directing person to work with us in the role of IT Support Specialist If you:

• Have a few years of experience providing technical solutions to end-users
• Like to work across the breadth of different technologies and learn new things every day
• Are empathetic towards the needs of your customers,
• Can think out of the box to provide solutions while preserving the integrity of the operating environment,

Then we would really, really like to work with you! Here is what you would doing at MoneyHero Group:

• Setting up, supporting, and maintaining end-user computing environments
• Working on-site at the Singapore office (2-3 working days per week) to manage office networks and hardware assets
• Administering regional assets
• Supporting requests for accessing resources and granting entitlements according to company policies
• Troubleshooting user issues and passing them to a resolver group if appropriate
• Providing regional support for GSuite, Microsoft, and other tools
• Documenting processes and user guides
• Supporting the planning, project execution & reporting for strategic IT environment initiatives
• Working on business process workflows on a low-code platform
• Managing company domains
• Mentoring junior team members and knowledge sharing
• Problem-solving and logical thinking
