- Have knowledge on Apple product like iPhone, Macbook, iPad, and be able to provide support on the use of the product
- Have knowledge on Windows Operating system product and be able to provide support on the use of the product
- Have knowledge on Microsoft M365 product and be able to provide support on the use of the product
- Source for solution and provide quality advise to customer
- Provide level 1 (L1) desktop support on desktop hardware and software
- Provide immediate support options to customer
- At least 2 -3 years of IT working experiences
