Job Description
:
We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT and electronics support.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to company rules and maintain professional discipline. Perform basic computer operations and tasks. Willingness to learn computer and IT-related technologies. Communicate and understand instructions clearly. Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving ability. Visit customer sites to record and maintain data; perform simple computer tasks on-site. Assemble and test low-voltage cables such as network cables and serial data cables (training will be provided). Perform basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and related devices (training will be provided). Possess above-average understanding of electronics and mechanical concepts.
Language Requirements:
English

Possession of a valid driver's license
Education Requirements:
Polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualifications * ITE graduates are also welcome
