Job Description
Our client, they are a US MNC in Pharmaceutical Industry. They are looking for an IT Support to assist their IT team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the west - easily accessible. Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support and assistance pertaining to network, server and IT infrastructure related matters
- Provide end users (including remote users) support on Windows 7&10, MS Office suites, Live meeting, Zscaler, MES Systems and etc.
- Provide solution to incident and problem tickets reported the system.
- Assist in control of inventory of IT hardware and software
- Other relevant duties and projects as assigned
- Min Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
