We are seeking a System Analyst to join the Technology & Operations division of a leading financial institution in Singapore. The selected candidate will support the management of obsolescence and security-related projects across the infrastructure and engineering functions, working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage obsolescence and security-related projects and assessments Track and monitor remediation plans, deliverables, and budgets related to vulnerabilities or system upgrades Prepare dashboards, reports, and project updates for management Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to align business needs with technical solutions Support contract negotiation and vendor coordination to ensure optimized service delivery Contribute to vendor governance and performance tracking initiatives Support continuous improvement activities for project and vendor management processes

Requirements

Education:


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience:


1 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis, infrastructure projects, or project coordination (prior experience in a financial institution is an advantage)
Essential Skills:


Strong analytical skills to assess data, project risks, and improvement areas High attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies or risks early Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to explain technical terms in simple business language Self-motivated team player with proactive follow-up and accountability Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Technical Skills & Tools

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience in project documentation and presentation Exposure to new system development or working in IT project delivery environments
